Improving Tribal/Federal Prosecution of Child Sexual Abuse Cases Through Agency Cooperation. This bulletin presents information intended to improve the cooperation between Tribal and Federal agencies in handling child sexual abuse cases in Native American society.

Mending the Sacred Hoop MSH-TA is a Native American program that provides training and technical assistance to our American Indian and Alaskan Native relations in the effort to eliminate violence in the lives of women and their children. We work with villages, reservations, rancherias and pueblos across the United States to improve the justice system, law enforcement, and service provider response to the issues of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking in Native communities. Sacred Circle is a national resource center to end violence against native women.

Victim Services: Promising Practices in Indian Country (November 2004) This OVC monograph (NCJ 207019) describes promising practices for assisting victims of violence and abuse in 12 Indian Country locations throughout the United States. Each description includes the program's keys to success, relevant demographic data, and a contact for further information.

Tribal Victim Assistance Training and Technical Assistance Web site on-line resource for victim assistance program needs. It features links to tribal, state and federal resources (i.e. State VOCA administrators) The e-resource library contains information training manuals, articles, sample Tribal codes, and other topics from domestic violence to law enforcement working with victims.
